272 Hedges Avenue, a stunning multi-residential development on the Gold Coast that sets a new standard in lighting design. We had the privilege of creating a bespoke lighting scheme that accentuates the striking architecture of this unique project.

Our approach was to use lighting as a tool to create contrast and drama, while also providing functional illumination throughout the building. To achieve this, we employed a highly integrated design that carefully positioned lighting fixtures to highlight key features and materials, while also concealing them from view.

The result is a breath-taking display of light and shadow that enhances the character of each space and creates a sense of luxury and sophistication throughout the building.
