BluHouse, Hong Kong

Summary

We were selected to work on the ground floor Italian restaurant, BluHouse, after having successfully delivered the Carlyle & Co project for the same client. The brief was to create an authentic Italian ambience with a focus on decorative lighting that accentuated the different display and servery areas, exterior dining spaces, bars, and private dining room.

We took the brief and created a multi-layered lighting solution that added depth and texture to the space. We worked closely with the client to ensure that every element was on-brand and aligned with their vision of Italian authenticity. Our team selected the right combination of ambient, task, and accent lighting to highlight the various elements of the restaurant and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for diners.

The exterior dining areas were given special attention, and we used a combination of decorative pendants, downlights, and feature lighting to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The private dining room was fitted with a bespoke chandelier that perfectly complemented the elegant and refined interior design.

Overall, we were delighted with the result. Our design provided the right balance of functional and decorative lighting that brought the space to life and delivered an authentic Italian experience for guests.
