Summary

The Ovolo Hotel in Melbourne is known for its unique and on-brand approach to design. As part of their commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience, they approached us to create a digital art installation for a light well space that is visible from both the hotel rooms and the lobby below.

Drawing inspiration from 80s arcade games and 70s patterns that align with the interior theming of the hotel, we designed a custom laser-cut screen that serves as a low-resolution, indirect video wall. The installation adds a playful and visually striking element to the space, creating a memorable and immersive guest experience.
