Riad Residence, Gold Coast

Summary

We were fortunate to collaborate with a wonderful client on an exceptional residential project that spans over 8 years of meticulous work. The Riad Residence is a Moroccan-inspired oasis located in the serene Gold Coast hinterland, where every detail is perfectly curated to create a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere.

As lighting designers, our task was to complement the rich textures, colours, and patterns of the interiors and exteriors, and enhance the Moroccan ambience with subtle and highly detailed lighting. We worked closely with the client to understand their vision and preferences, and to ensure that the lighting design aligned with the overall aesthetic and function of the space.

From the grand entrance and courtyards to the cozy living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, every space in the Riad Residence features carefully selected lighting fixtures, layers of illumination, and intricate controls to enhance the mood and functionality. Our lighting design also highlights the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape and the architectural features of the residence.
