Ingrid Baldwin is Global Creative Director for FPOV based in Melbourne and is a career-long and integral member of the firm having joined in 2010.

Unwaveringly passionate about design, Ingrid embodies creative innovation and flair. Ingrid has a notable track record with a special focus and passion for luxury hospitality, public realm, and large-scale civic projects. Ingrid’s excellent sketching and visualisation skills enhance the creative strength of the firm, while as a natural communicator she excels in delivering complex projects successfully.

A dynamic member of FPOV’s leadership team, Ingrid provides a valued and varied perspective. Committed to making the world a kinder and more sustainable place, Ingrid is a member of FPOV’s Environment, Ethics, and Inclusion team.

Ingrid was named as one of the “40 Under 40” lighting designers in 2021.
